Okay guys... so March 2016 was my first time getting back into art after not drawing for 7 years. (Consumed by video games etc) I've been drawing pretty frequently since then, and I even started getting into digital artwork.
All I know currently is Photoshop, I've improved, but I feel short on utility with the program. I'm big on anime style art, but I also like drawing in multiple different styles. Photoshop just isn't cutting it for me currently I feel.
I'm also a mouse user, currently saving for a Wacom Intuos pro Large, but for now it's all I've got. I've seen amazing artwork done with Paint Tool SAI, with cel shading I like, that I haven't seen done in any other program that I know of.
Will SAI be a good investment as a mouse user? Or am I just not sharp enough in PS? Or am I just out of luck without a tablet, and I should focus on saving for one?
EDIT: Took the plunge and purchased Paint Tool SAI, didn't realize it was so cheap. I assumed it would cost as much as Photoshop!
